Made-to-Order for Sustainability

At our shop, every product is made to order. That means we only produce items once they have been purchased – helping to reduce overproduction, waste, and environmental impact. We believe this is a more sustainable and conscious way of creating fashion and lifestyle products.

While we use pre-made designs (not personalized by the customer), each item is still produced individually after purchase. This allows us to keep our ecological footprint smaller and avoid unnecessary inventory.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not operate like large retail chains with large return flows. Nonetheless, your rights as a consumer are important to us.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email with a clear statement:

Please include the following details:
– Order number
– Item(s) purchased
– Date of order
– Date of delivery
– Your full name and address


Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

Since we use pre-designed motifs and do not offer further personalization, the right of withdrawal generally does apply.


Return Conditions

– Items must be returned unused and in their original condition
– Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs
– Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Include photos of the issue so we can offer a replacement or refund. Reach us at:
